My path to becoming a spiritual coach began after years in food service, corporate purchasing, and fitness coaching. That chapter shaped who I am—and led me to spend the last 4 years creating transformational international retreats that blend movement, healing, and deep self-discovery.
As I shifted from the physical to the energetic, I became certified in Reiki, life coaching, sound healing, and hypnosis—each unlocking new gifts and tools to support others. My greatest inspiration? My daughter. She sparked my journey of self-healing, and continues to be my why.
Today, I guide others toward inner peace, self-realization, and personal power—offering a safe, open space for growth and transformation. My mission is simple: help you remember who you are and walk in full freedom.
